【Abstract】 In order to study the controllable preparation of calcium promoting peptide, the acid-solublecollagen from fish scales was extracted by ultrasonic assisted extraction, and the collagen was hydro-lyzed into small peptide by enzymatic hydrolysis. The optimum technology for preparing calcium-pro-moting peptide was found by determining the binding amount of calcium and the waste of available nu-trients was reduced by using carp scale as raw material.更多还原
