【摘要】 以金银花、菊花、木糖醇为主要原料研究开发一种复合保健饮料,此饮料适应面广,特别对于糖尿病人、肥胖病人、咽喉不适人群具有很好的保健效果。结果表明,菊花提取液添加量5%,金银花提取液添加量20%,木糖醇添加量0.006%,柠檬酸添加量0.000 6%。在此工艺及配方制成的金银花、菊花、木糖醇复合保健饮料质地均匀、澄清透明、香味宜人、酸甜适度、协调柔和、口感清爽,具有金银花和菊花茶特有的色泽与风味。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this experiment,honeysuckle,chrysanthemum and xylitol were used as main raw materials to develop a compound health beverage. This beverage has a wide range of applications, especially for diabetics, obese patients and people with throat discomfort. The results showed that the content of chrysanthemum extract was 5%,honeysuckle extract was 20%,xylitol 0.006% and citric acid was 0.000 6%. The honeysuckle-chrysanthemum-xylitol compound health beverage prepared by the process and the formula has the advantages of uniform texture,clarity and transparency,pleasant fragrance,moderate sweet and sour,soft coordination,fresh taste and unique color and flavor of honeysuckle flower and chrysanthemum tea.更多还原
