【摘要】 食用菌不仅营养价值很高,而且药用价值与保健价值也很高。近年来,山西省大力推进"设施蔬菜百万棚行动计划",食用菌产业得到了迅猛发展,已成为促进产业转型、深化产业结构调整、促进农民新型支柱性产业。但总体来讲,山西省的食用菌产业与福建、江苏等省份相比仍有很大差距,发展空间巨大。食用菌产业应着力推进精深加工、延伸产业链条,各级政府部门应加大在政策、资金、技术、品牌、市场流通领域等方面的扶持力度。随着对食用菌营养价值与药用价值研究的不断深入,其加工发展潜力也将会焕发出勃勃生机。更多还原

【Abstract】 Edible fungi not only have high nutritional value,but also have high medicinal and health value. In recent years,Shanxi province vigorously promote"millions of facilities vegetable shed action plan",the edible fungi industry got rapid development,has become to promote industrial transformation,deepen the adjustment of industrial structure,promote the farmers new backbone industry. But in general,the edible fungi industry in Shanxi province is still far from that of Fujian and Jiangsu provinces,and the development space is huge. The edible fungi industry should focus on promoting the deep processing and extending the industrial chain,and the government departments at all levels should strengthen the support in policies,capital,technology,brand and market circulation.
