不同营养水平湖泊底质营养盐和铅释放过程及其通量

【摘要】 以富营养化程度不断加重的军山湖、瑶湖和青山湖(以下简称"三湖")沉积物为研究对象,采用室内原状泥柱静态培养的模拟湖泊实验,结合表层水和上覆水理化参数,研究"三湖"沉积物-水界面部分营养盐(总磷、氨氮)和重金属铅的释放过程和通量。结果表明:富营养化的青山湖沉积物氨氮释放通量为487.8 mg·m-2·d-1,呈现氨氮"源"的特点;青山湖和瑶湖总磷释放通量分别为-9、-5.85 mg·m-2·d-1,均对磷微呈"汇"的作用;瑶湖和军山湖沉积物铅释放通量分别为-0.285、-0.017 mg·m-2·d-1,均对铅呈现出"汇"的作用。

【Abstract】 In this study,three typical subtropical natural shallow lakes(e. g. Lake Junshan,Lake Yaohu and Lake Qingshan) with the sharp gradient of eutrophication were selected in Nanchang City of Jiangxi Province. The muds from three lakes were employed as the main study objects to investigate the release flux and process of the main nutrients(e. g. total phosphorus,ammonia) and the heavy metal(lead). These release flux and process were explored in the water-sediment interfaces of these lakes by the simulation method of mud column static culture. Results showed that the release flux of ammonia in the eutrophic sediment of Lake Qingshan was 487. 8 mg·m-2·d-1 and the release process meant the main source of ammonia as to the eutrophic sediment. The release flux of TP in the eutrophic sediment of Lake Qingshan and Lake Yaohu was-9 mg·m-2·d-1 and-5. 85 mg·m-2·d-1,respectively,and the release process was that the eutrophic muds were the weak source of phosphate. The release flux of Pb in the eutrophic sediment of Lake Yaohu and Lake Junshan was-0. 285 mg·m-2·d-1 and-0. 017 mg·m-2·d-1,respectively,and the release process was that both lake muds were the strong source and the weak source of lead,respectively.
