【摘要】 目的:观察西药联合半夏白术天麻汤对颈性眩晕患者的临床疗效。方法:选取106例颈性眩晕患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组与研究组各53例。对照组患者给予盐酸氟桂利嗪单药治疗,研究组在对照组用药基础上加用半夏白术天麻汤联合治疗。2周1个疗程。结果:治疗组总有效率(96.22%)显著优于对照组(75.48%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后椎-基底动脉血供均明显好转,但研究组治疗效果优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于颈性眩晕患者,临床给予半夏白术天麻汤联合西药治疗,效果显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Bonxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction combined with western medicine on cervical vertigo. Methods 106 cases of cervical vertigo in our hospital were studied and divided into 53 cases in the study group and the control group by random number method.
