【摘要】 目的:观察肺肾同治方治疗儿童过敏性紫癜性肾炎(HSPN)的疗效及对免疫功能的影响。方法:将70例HSPN患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,每组35例。对照组给予西医常规治疗。观察组在对照组的基础上加服肺肾同治方,观察两组治疗前后24 h尿蛋白定量、尿红细胞计数、血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、血清免疫球蛋白(Ig G、Ig A、Ig M)、T细胞亚群(CD4~+、CD8~+和CD4~+/CD8~+)的变化,统计两组临床疗效、不良反应发生率及复发情况。结果:两组治疗后24 h尿蛋白定量、尿红细胞计数、血清hs-CRP均显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组各项指标改善情况均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后Ig A较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),观察组改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前后Ig G、Ig M虽有变化,但治疗前后自身对照及治疗后两组相比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后CD4~+、CD4~+/CD8~+较治疗前有所上升,CD8~+较治疗前有所下降,对照组治疗前后无明显变化,治疗后观察组各项指标改善情况均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率及复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肺肾同治方治疗儿童HSPN疗效显著,能有效改善机体的免疫功能,保护肾脏,且不良反应少,复发率低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of Feishentongzhi decoction therapy on children allergic purpura nephritis( HSPN)and its effect on immune function. Methods Seventy cases of allergic purpura nephritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with thirty-five cases in each group. The control group received routine treatment of western medicine. On the basis of the control group and treatment group take Feishentongzhi decoction therapy additionally,observe the changes of two groups before and after treatment for 24 hours urine protein,urine red blood cell count,Serum hypersensitivity c-reactive protein( hs-CRP),serum immunoglobulin( Ig G,Ig A,Ig M),T cell subgroups( CD4~+,CD8~+and CD4~+/CD8~+),and clinical efficacy,incidence and recurrence of adverse reactions. Results Two groups after treatment for 24 hours urine protein,urine red blood cell count and serum hs-CRP quantitative were significantly lower( P < 0. 05) improve the indicators and the treatment group were significantly better than that of control group( P < 0. 05); After treatment,Ig A decreased before treatment( P < 0. 05),the treatment group improved better than the control group( P < 0. 05); although there were slight changes in Ig G and Ig M before and after treatment,there was no significant difference found in the two groups before and after treatment( P < 0. 05); treatment group CD4~+and CD4~+/CD8~+were higher than before,CD8~+decreased,and there were no significant changes in the control group before and after treatment,and the improvement of all indexes in the treatment group was better than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). The incidence and recurrence rate of adverse reactions in the treatment group were significantly lower than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The Feishentongzhi decoction therapy treated children with allergic purpura nephritis( HSPN) showed remarkable curative effect,it can effectively improve the immune function of the body,promote the recovery of renal damage,and has little adverse reaction and low recurrence rate.更多还原
