【摘要】 目的:观察参芪地黄汤对气阴两虚型狼疮性肾炎血生化相关指标的影响。方法:选取76例气阴两虚型狼疮性肾炎患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组38例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用参芪地黄汤治疗,比较两组血生化指标、系统性红斑狼疮病活动指数(SLEDAI)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及不良反应情况。结果:观察组治疗3个月C反应蛋白(CRP)、血肌酐(SCr)、尿素氮(BUN)水平均低于对照组,白蛋白(ALB)、补体(C3)水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组治疗3个月时VEGF、SLEDAI均较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:参芪地黄汤可有效改善气阴两虚型狼疮性肾炎患者血生化指标,缓解临床症状,且安全性较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of Shenqi Dihuang decoction on blood biochemical indexes in patients with qi-yin deficiency type of lupus nephritis. Methods 76 patients with qi-yin deficiency type of lupus nephritis in our hospital were selected,and they were divided into control group and observation group by randomly,with 38 cases in each group. Control Group was given routine western medicine,while observation group was treated with Shenqi Dihuang decoction based on control group. The blood biochemical indexes,systemic lupus erythematosus-disease activity index( SLEDAI),vascular endothelial growth factor( VEGF) and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment for 3 months,the levels of C-reactive protein( CRP),serum creatinine( SCr),blood urea nitrogen( BUN) in observation group were lower than those in control group,while the levels of albumin( ALB) and complement( C3) were higher than control group( P < 0. 05); After treatment for 3 months,the VEGF and SLEDAI in observation group were lower than those in control group( P < 0. 05); There was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups( P > 0. 05). Conclusion Shenqi Dihuang decoction for patients with qi-yin deficiency type of lupus nephritis can effectively improve blood biochemical indexes,relieve clinical symptoms and have better safety.更多还原
