【摘要】 目的:优化五味清肺固本胶囊的提取工艺。方法:以总多糖、总生物碱和干膏得率为综合评分指标,采用L9(34)正交试验考察浸泡时间、加水倍数、提取时间、提取次数对五味清肺固本胶囊提取工艺的影响并进行验证试验。结果:最佳提取工艺为加水总倍量32倍,浸泡0.5 h,提取3次,提取总时间为3 h;3批验证样品的综合评分分别为0.9330、0.9443、0.9242(RSD=1.08,n=3)。结论:采用多指标综合评分-正交试验法优化的工艺方法科学合理、可行,适合生产要求,该工艺的改进也有利于控制制剂总多糖和总生物碱的含量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To optimize extraction process of Wuwei Qingfei Guben capsules. Method The extraction process of Wuwei Qingfei Guben capsules was optimized by L9(34) orthogonal test with soaking period,amount of water added,extracting time and times as factors using the total polysaccharide,total alkaloids and dry extract yield as indexes,and the verification test was made.
