【摘要】 目的:建立新的槐米薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法:以芦丁为对照品,采用硅胶G板,分别以乙酸乙酯-甲醇-甲酸-水(5∶2∶0.5∶0.5)、乙酸乙酯-丙酮-甲酸-水(5∶3∶1∶1)、乙酸乙酯-丙酮-水(5∶3∶1)、乙酸乙酯-甲醇-水(4∶1∶1)为展开剂,喷以三氯化铝试液显色,置紫外灯(365 nm)下,检视样品中的芦丁。结果:槐米药材薄层色谱中,在与对照品色谱相应位置上显相同颜色的荧光斑点,重复性好。结论:该方法简便、准确、经济,能为槐米的质量控制提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish the advanced TLC method of Sophora japonica. Methods Rutin was used as the reference substance. Using silica gel G thin layer plate,the sample rutin was developed respectively with ethyl acetate-methanol-formic acid-water( 5∶ 2: 0. 5∶ 0. 5),ethyl acetate acetone formic acid-water( 5∶ 3∶ 1∶ 1),ethyl acetate and acetone water( 5∶ 3∶ 1),ethyl acetate-methanol-water( 4∶ 1∶ 1). The TLC plate was sprayed with aluminum chloride solution,thereafter rutin was detected under the uv lamp 365 nm. Results In the chromatogram,the same color fluorescent spots was displayed in the corresponding position of the reference chromatogram,and the spots has good repeatability. Conclusion The method was simple,accurate and economica,which provides references for the quality control of Flos Sophorae.更多还原
