【摘要】 海螵蛸为中医制酸止痛良药,临床常用于治疗各种病因引起的胃痛吞酸。在临床实践中发现海螵蛸治疗胃痛吞酸的效果与不同的服药方式关系密切:单药研末冲服的制酸止痛效果最佳,2~3d即可见到明显效果,1~2周返酸症状消失;症状复杂者,经辨证论治加用其它药物,海螵蛸仍单药研末冲服,疗效与单用基本一致;如果患者不能接受单药冲服(因海螵蛸味涩不易下咽者)且病情复杂,则选择与它药配伍同煎,制酸止痛效果略缓于单药冲服。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cuttlebone,a good traditional medicine to protecting stomach from aching pains,is commonly used in the treatment of stomach pains and acid reflux induced by various factorsclinically. In clinical practice,the author found that the effect of cuttlebone treatment for stomach pains and acid reflux is closely related to different administrations. Results showed that,using single powderof cuttlebone had bestefficacy,obvious efficacycould be observed 2-3 days later andthe acid reflux symptoms disappeared 1-2 weeks later. For those who had complex symptoms,the efficacy maintained when they were treated by using single powder of cuttlebone and other drugs instructed by the method of dialectical theory. If the patient could not take the powdered cuttlebone due to the taste which is difficult to swallow and their condition was complex,cuttlebone could be fried with other drugs,but efficacy would be slightly weakened.更多还原
