抗氧化茶多酚/溶致液晶有序复合体的构建及释放性能

【摘要】 本文构建了SL/OA/PEG400/H2O溶致液晶与茶多酚的复合物,研究了其体外释放性能和抗氧化性.结果表明:溶致液晶使茶多酚体外释放平衡时间明显延长,且茶多酚在不同的释放阶段表现不同的动力学过程,反映了溶致液晶内部结构变化的影响. IC50值分析表明,在复合体中茶多酚的抗氧化性明显增强,而不同的复合体组成表现出对ABTS自由基和DPPH自由基不同的清除效率.

【Abstract】 This is a presentation of undergraduate students innovate experimental investigations. In this work,SL/OA/PEG 400/H2 O lyotropic liquid crystal/tea polyphenols complex systems have been prepared and the release behavior and antioxidant properties of the systems have been investigated. It has been shown that the liquid crystal can slow down the release rate of tea polyphenols,the release equilibrium time of tea polyphenols is significantly prolonged. Using different types of release mathematical models to fit in vitro release data,it was found that the in vitro release of tea polyphenols meets different mathematical models at different stages due to changes in the interior of the lyotropic liquid crystal. The analyses of IC50 values indicates that the antioxidant activity of tea polyphenols was enhanced in complex. Different ABTS free radical and DPPH free radical scavenging activity was found in different lyotropic liquid crystal compositions.
