教师在课程实施过程中的问题透视及对策

【摘要】 教师是课程实施的主体。实践中,教师在课程实施过程中出现了诸如消极情绪、课程实施能力不足、"防教师"教学行为以及学生被动参与等问题。为更好地发挥教师在课程实施中的主体作用,调适教师的心理适应能力,提高教师的课程实施能力,从"防教师"走向"教师介入",引导学生积极参与课程实施,建立良好的课程实施环境,这些措施在一定程度上能有效地促进课程实施实效。

【Abstract】 teachers are the subject of curriculum implementation. In the process of curriculum implementation,the teachers would have series problems such as negative emotion,insufficient ability of curriculum implementation,teaching behaviors of " anti-teacher" and the passive participation of students,etc. In order to help teachers play their role of subject better,the measures such as adjusting teacher’s mental adaptive ability,improving teacher’s ability of curriculum implementation,from " anti-teacher" to " teacher intervening",guiding students participate in the curriculum actively and establish good environment of curriculum implementation. All of these measures could effectively promote the curriculum implementation.
