煤气化废水处理技术研究进展
A review of coal gasification wastewater treatment technologies
【摘要】 针对煤制气废水水质复杂,含有大量的有毒有害和难降解物质的难题,从酚氨回收、生物处理和深度处理3方面,综述了国内外关于煤气化废水处理技术的研究现状;分析比较了各环节废水处理技术的工艺特点、影响因素、工程应用和发展趋势。基于当前各研究多采用单一类型反应器或多选取某一个阶段的处理技术进行深入探讨,指出厌氧-好氧复合型反应器和二者的组合工艺、化学-生物和物理-化学组合技术分别为生物处理和深度处理的技术突破方向;而涵盖酚氨回收-生物处理-深度处理-中水回用-蒸发结晶-近零排放的新型链条式经济可持续复合废水处理技术有望在未来突破煤气化行业废水治理的瓶颈。
【Abstract】 The chemical compositions of coal gasification wastewater( CGW) are complex,which contains varieties of toxic and hazardous compounds.Thus,the development of treatment technologies for CGW is one of the key parts for the development of coal chemical industry.The research progress of CGW treatment technologies worldwide related to phenol and ammonia recovery process,biological treatment technology,and advanced treatment technology have been reviewed. Process characteristics,affecting factors,engineering applications,and development trends of different type treatment processes have been analyzed and compared.In these studies,a single type reactor was always adopted,and the treatment technologies covering only one certain process were targeted for in-depth discussion.Therefore,the hybrid reactor and combined processes of anaerobic-aerobic,and the chemical-biological,the physical-chemical combined treatment technologies are the technic breakthroughs for the development of biological treatment stage and advanced treatment stage,respectively.The novel integrated economic sustainable wastewater treatment system covering the phenol and ammonia recovery process,the biological treatment,the advanced treatment,the reclamation process,the crystallization salt process,and the near zero emission technology is expected to break through the technical bottleneck of coal chemical industry wastewater treatment in the future.
