采空区掘进巷道高分子材料注浆加固技术
Grouting Reinforcement Technology of Polymer Materials of Driving Roadway in Goaf
【摘要】 针对掘进巷道在通过采空区时巷道支护困难的问题,应用普氏自然平衡拱理论计算冒落区,确定冒落区注浆加固技术参数。根据计算结果使用高分子注浆材料对巷道顶板冒落区进行加固注浆,使加固区域的破碎煤岩体与浆液共同形成固结圈,提高注浆区域围岩强度。经实例证明,采用高分子注浆加固材料进行注浆加固,片帮、漏顶现象明显减少,加快了巷道掘进速度。
【Abstract】 Against difficulties in roadway support during tunneling through goaf, the technical parameters of grouting reinforcement collapsed zone were determined by applying the Protojiakonov′ s theory of natural balance arch. According to the calculation results, using polymer grouting materials to reinforce the collapsed zone of the roadway can make the joint formation of cracked coal-rock mass and the slurry, thus improve the strength of the surrounding rock in the grouting area. The examples verify that the phenomenon of the rib spalling and roof leakage are obviously reduced and the speed of roadway excavation is accelerated by using polymer grouting reinforcement material.
