【摘要】 为探究差错管理氛围(EMC)对员工安全行为影响机制,提升差错管理水平,基于相关研究,引入行为意向作为中介变量,构建理论模型。通过问卷调查,并对得到的数据进行结构方程模型(SEM)验证假设。结果表明:差错管理氛围对员工行为安全和行为意向均有显著正向影响,并且矿工行为意向作为中介变量。为提高安全绩效,煤矿企业应该通过努力营造积极的差错管理氛围,干预员工的行为意向来影响安全行为的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to explore the impact mechanism of error management climate(EMC) on employee safety behavior, to improve the level of error management, based on the relevant research, the introduction of behavioral intention as an intermediary variable to build a theoretical model. Through the questionnaire survey, and the data obtained by structural equation model(SEM) verification hypothesis. The results show that the error management climate has a significant positive effect on the employee′s behavior safety and behavior intention, and the miners′ behavior intention is the mediator variable. In order to improve the safety performance, coal mining enterprises should strive to create a positive error management climate,intervene in the behavior of employees to influence the occurrence of security behavior.更多还原
