风力对振动螺旋干法分选机分选效果的影响
Effect of Wind on Separation Efficiency of Vibrated Spiral Dry Separator
【摘要】 为了研究风力因素对振动螺旋干法分选机的床面不同区域物料分选效果的影响,将其风室改良成内、中、外3个风室分别单独供风,各风室均选用独立闸门控制风力大小及风室开度大小。研究结果表明:风力完善了物料的分层过程,提高了分层效果,尤其解决了细粒级煤的离析现象。
【Abstract】 To explore the effect of wind on the separation efficiency of vibrated spiral dry separator, the wind chamber was modified into three wind chambers which was controlled by an independent gate to control the wind force and wind room opening size. The results show that the introduction of the wind perfect hierarchical process of the coal and improved the effect of layered materials, especially solving the segregation of fine coal.
