硬岩掘进机截割头运动学特性分析研究
Analysis and Research on Kinematics Characteristics of Cutting Head of Roadheader for Hard Rock
【摘要】 针对截割头的钻进和摆动(以左右摆动为例)2种工况,在截割路线和位置移动变化等运动特性易于被直接表述的固定和动态空间坐标系中建立相应的运动学数学模型,分析得到速度、加速度等相关参数的影响因子。在此基础上,运用MATLAB仿真软件对截割头运动学特性进行了模拟仿真分析,对仿真结果进行整合分析,得出与实际工况条件相符的截齿运动轨迹、速度、加速度及合速度变化曲线,确定截割头向前掘进的合理速度值。
【Abstract】 In the two conditions of drilling and swinging of the cutting head, the kinematic mathematical model is established in the fixed and dynamic spatial coordinate system in which the motion characteristics including cutting path and position change are directly expressed, the influence factors of velocity, acceleration and other related parameters are obtained. On this basis, the kinematics characteristics of the cutting head are simulated and analyzed by using MATLAB simulation software,the simulation results are integrated and analyzed, the variation curves of the movement route of pickshaped cutter, velocity, acceleration and resultant velocity can be obtained with the actual working conditions, determining the reasonable velocity value of the cutting head.
