基于汽车刹车原理的带式输送机调速系统设计
Design of Speed Control System of Belt Conveyor Based on Principle of Automobile Brake
【摘要】 以AT89S52单片机为核心,增量式轴编码器和带式输送机同步转动得到连续的脉冲信号,单片机对脉冲信号进行处理和运算得到带式输送机的运行速度,将该速度用LED数码管实时地显示出来,并与设定的安全速度值进行比较,比较后对电控液压减速装置输出控制命令以控制减速装置的启动和关闭,从而实现对带式输送机速度的自动控制。
【Abstract】 Centering on AT89 S52, the incremental shaft encoder rotate with the belt conveyor and output a continuous pulse signal, by dealing with the pulse signal and operation, the single chip microcomputer will get the running speed of the belt conveyor, the speed will displayed by the LED digital tube in real time and be compared with the set safe speed value, after comparison, the microcomputer will output control commands to the electronically controlled hydraulic speed reducer to control the startup and shutdown of the speed reducer, so as to realize the automatic control of the belt conveyor speed.
