不同顶板压力作用下特大采高液压支架受力分析
Stress Analysis of Hydraulic Powered Support for Ultra High Mining under Different Roof Pressure
【摘要】 为研究液压支架在不同支护高度和不同顶板压力下力传递特性,利用动力学仿真软件Adams建立液压支架仿真模型,其立柱和平衡千斤顶采用弹簧阻尼系统等效代替。通过对不同支护高度的液压支架分别施加不同大小载荷,分析了不同支护高度和不同顶板压力对液压支架各铰接点、立柱和平衡千斤顶受力的影响。
【Abstract】 In order to study the force transfer′ s characteristics of hydraulic support under different support height and different roof pressure, using the dynamic simulation software Adams to establish the hydraulic support simulation model, and its column and balanced jack are replaced by spring damping system. The influence of different support height and different roof pressure on the stress of each hinge point, column and balance jack of hydraulic support is analyzed by applying different load on different support high.
