偏W形通风不同风速下采空区瓦斯涌出规律研究
Study on Gas Emission Law of Goaf under Different Wind Speed of Partial W Shape Ventilation
【摘要】 分析研究了工作面偏W形通风形式及其治理瓦斯的特点和作用,采用Fluent计算模拟了不同风速下采空区瓦斯的涌出规律和工作面瓦斯浓度分布。研究表明:通过合理地控制进回风巷的位置及风速可以控制采空区瓦斯涌出范围及集中涌出地点。最终确定了带式输送机顺槽与轨道顺槽进风上边巷回风的通风形式,轨道顺槽风速v=0.5 m/s可以将采空区瓦斯涌出限制在回风巷附近,且使采空区内部瓦斯集中于回风巷区域,有利于采取抽放治理措施,防止工作面瓦斯超限。
【Abstract】 Analyzed the characteristics and functions of partial W shape ventilation form for working face,the law of gas emission and gas concentration in the gob with different wind speed were simulated by Fluent software.Studies have shown that:through reasonable control of the position and the wind speed of the air inlet and outlet,the gas emission range and the concentrated emission location can be suppressed.Finally,determines the form of ventilation,the air intake from the belt conveyor crossheading and tail entry,the renturn air from the top lane.When the wind speed is 0.5 m/s of the tail entry,that can make the gob gas emission limits near the face return airway,and make the internal gas concentration in gob return area,that is beneficial to drainage measures and reduction in gas overrun of working face.
