【摘要】 我国正处于由研究生教育大国向研究生教育强国迈进的关键阶段,亟需构建一个与研究生教育强国建设相适应且充满活力的质量保障体系,从而促进我国研究生教育质量持续提升,为服务国家和区域经济社会发展贡献高质量的人才。通过对南京林业大学近四十年研究生教育发展历程的回顾和梳理,汲取以往研究生教育的成功经验,结合南京林业大学研究生培养质量保障"五维系统",并就其在研究生教育实践中应用取得的成效,分析了提升研究生教育质量的核心问题。结合"双一流"建设的新形势、新机遇和新要求,对特色办学、学科建设、师资队伍、科研平台、人才培养等关系到研究生教育的重要方面进行再思考,为进一步提升研究生教育水平的改革提供借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Our country is in the key stage of striding forward from a big to a powerful nation in graduate education.It is urgent to build a vital quality assurance system,which is suitable for the construction of a powerful country in graduate education and promotes the continuous improvement of the quality of graduate education,and contributes high-quality talents to national and regional economic and social development.By reviewing and combing the nearly 40 years’ development course in graduate education of Nanjing Forestry University,and drawing on the successful experience in graduate education,this paper analyzes the core question in the improvement of graduate education quality,on the basis of the five-dimensional system of postgraduate education quality assurance in Nanjing Forestry University and its effectiveness in the practice of graduate education.Combined with the new situation,new opportunities and new requirements of"Double First-class"construction,this paper rethinks the important aspects related to graduate education,such as school-running characteristics,discipline construction,teaching staff,scientific research platform and personnel training,so as to provide reference for the further reform of graduate education.更多还原
