【摘要】 目的:观察Meek植皮术在严重烧伤患者创面修复中的应用效果,为临床优化治疗提供参考。方法:收集笔者医院2012年1月-2017年12月收治的70例大面积严重烧伤患者,采用随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。其中对照组采用自体微粒皮移植术治疗,观察组采用Meek植皮术治疗。观察两组术后7d皮片存活率、皮片愈合时间、创面愈合时间以及创面一期愈合率情况,比较植皮1%总体表面积(Total body surface area,TBSA)费用、住院时间及住院总费用。结果:观察组术后7d存活率、创面一期存活率高于对照组,皮片愈合时间、创面愈合时间低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组住院时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但观察组植皮1%TBSA费用、住院总费用均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:大面积严重烧伤患者应用Meek植皮术治疗,可达到满意的创面修复近期效果,节约医疗费用,临床应用价值较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of Meek skin grafting in wound repair of severe burn patients, and to provide reference for clinical optimal treatment. Methods Seventy patients with large area severe burns admitted to our hospital from January 2012 to December 2017 were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method, 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with autologous microskin grafting, and the observation group was treated with Meek skin grafting. The survival rate, healing time, wound healing time and primary healing rate of skin graft were observed 7 days after operation. The 1% total body surface area(TBSA) cost, hospitalization time and total hospitalization expenses were compared between the two groups. Results The survival rate and the primary survival rate of the wound in the observation group were higher than those in the control group on the 7 day after operation, and the healing time of the skin graft and the wound healing time were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the hospitalization time between the two groups(P>0.05), but the 1% TBSA cost and the total hospitalization cost in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Meek skin grafting for large area severe burn patients can achieve satisfactory short-term results of wound repair, save medical costs, and the clinical application value is better.更多还原
