【摘要】 目的:研究青年女性颞下颌关节紊乱病(Temporomandibular joint disorders,TMD)患者和健康人群心理状况的差异。方法:选取2016年1月-2017年12月就诊于新疆医科大学第二附属医院体检中心,经RCD/TMD诊断为TMD的青年女性患者为病例组,健康者为对照组,进行焦虑自评量表(Self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)、症状自评量表(Self reporting inventory,SCL)、慢性疼痛等级评价(Grading chronic pain severity,GCP)问卷调查,分析两组间差异。结果:病例组SAS得分为(48.85±5.75)分高于对照组的(44.81±6.43)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。病例组SCL-90量表总分为(156.00±38.36)分高于对照组的(131.13±38.45)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。病例组疼痛平均值为(10.51±8.29)分高于对照组的(3.54±9.99)分(P<0.05),但能力丧失得分平均值和能力丧失分值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:TMD患者心理健康水平较健康人群低,表现在焦虑、多种心理障碍和疼痛等方面,但在能力丧失方面无影响。提示精神心理因素与颞下颌关节咀嚼肌紊乱性疾病具有一定的相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the difference of mental health between young female with TMD and young healthy female. Methods The young female patients diagnosed as TMD by RCD/TMD were selected as the case group, and the healthy persons without TMD as the control group. All of them had visited to the medical examination center of Second Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2016 to December 2017. The two groups were investigated by SAS, SCL and GCP, and the differences between the two groups were analyzed. Results The SAS score of the case group was(48.85±5.75) higher than that of the control group(44.81±6.43), the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). The total score of SCL-90 scale in the case group was(156.00±38.36), which was higher than that of the control group(131.13±38.45),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The average value of pain in the case group was(10.51±8.29) higher than that of the control group(3.54±9.99)(P<0.05), but there was no significant difference in the average value of the loss of ability and the loss of ability(P>0.05). Conclusion The level of mental health in patients with TMD was lower than healthy people, mainly manifested in anxiety, many psychological disorders and pain and so on. But there was no obvious effect on the loss of ability. The results suggested that the factor of psychology be associated with the TMD in a manner.更多还原
