【摘要】 目的:探讨应用美学标准中鼻部与面部各角度及相关比例进行鼻综合整形术的效果及其临床应用。方法:自2012年2月至2015年6月,对78例鼻部求美者行基于美学标准的鼻综合整形术。根据鼻面比例美学标准设计手术方案,取自体软骨作鼻中隔的延伸移植、鼻小柱的支撑移植及鼻尖的轮廓移植,鼻背应用肋软骨或膨体假体,骨性轮廓整形采用自体脂肪充填额部、面中部、梨状孔。结果:所有患者术后鼻部外观佳,鼻部与面部各比例均衡,符合美学标准,无明显瘢痕,术后随访患者均满意。结论:本手术设计符合美学标准,操作方便,术后远期效果好,鼻部外形佳,面部轮廓饱满,鼻面各比例及角度协调,可作为鼻综合整形术的可行术式之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluat an application of aesthetic standards in nasal and facial angle and proportion of related to the effect of comprehensive rhinoplasty and its clinical application. Methods From February 2012 to June 2015, 78 patients with nasal beauty were treated with aesthetic standards based rhinoplasty. According to the aesthetic standard of nasal facial proportion design operation plan, used the autologous cartilage to do an extension of the nasal septum cartilage transplantation and columella support and outline of the tip to transplant, used costal cartilage or PTFE prosthesis for nasal augmentation, bony profile plastic used autologous fat filling frontal, central plane and alar basa meanwhile. Results The postoperative nasal appearance was good in 78 cases, the proportion of the nose and face was balanced, which was in line with the aesthetic standard. The scar was not obvious, and the patients were satisfied after the operation. Conclusion This operation design based on the aesthetic standards is simple and convenient, postoperative long-dated effect is good, the nose shape, facial contour and nasal side ratio and angle coordinate, can be used as one of the feasible operation for comprehensive rhinoplasty.更多还原
