【摘要】 目的:评估注射用透明质酸钠复合溶液(嗨体~?,北京爱美客技术发展股份有限公司)治疗颈部横纹的疗效及安全性。方法:给14例就医者使用透明质酸钠复合溶液注射填充治疗颈部横纹,共治疗3次,每次间隔4周。于治疗前、治疗后即刻、治疗3次后,最后一次治疗后3个月拍照并随访,记录不良反应。根据Allergan颈部横纹评分(Allergan Transverse Neck Lines Scale)、GAIS(global aesthetic improvement scale,GAIS)评价颈部横纹改善情况。结果:14例就医者的颈部横纹得到不同程度的改善,治疗3次后Allergan颈部横纹评分从治疗前的(2.50±0.85)分降至(1.71±0.83)分,研究者和就医者的GAIS评价结果显示治疗3次后的有效率高达86%,3个月后有效率为71%。治疗后出现少量针点出血及短暂的红斑、水肿、瘀青,均在短期内消退,无严重不良反应发生。结论:注射用透明质酸钠复合溶液(嗨体~?)治疗颈部横纹安全、有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To examine and access the clinical effect of Hearty?-an injectable sodium hyaluronic composite solution in the treatment forhorizontal neck lines. Methods A total of 14 participants with horizontal neck lines, were treated withsodium hyaluronic composite solution, all participants underwent up to three sessions of treatment at 4-week intervals. Allergan transverse neck lines scale, global aesthetic improvement scale(GAIS) and adverse events were evaluated by physician and participants independently at preoperative and immediately, after three sessions of treatment, and 3 months after the final treatment session. Results The score of Allergan transverse neck lines scale declined from(2.50±0.85) points to(1.71±0.83) points after three session of treatment, and the neck wrinkle appearance of 87% participants showed improvement according GAIS, 70% found to be improved in follow-up 3 months after the final treatment session. Complications, such as erythema, swelling, bruising, were observed, but they were transient. Conclusion Hearty?injectable sodium hyaluronic composite solutionis a promising option for horizontal neck lines.更多还原
