天然气管道综合管廊敷设方式的分析
Analysis on Installation Method of Natural Gas Pipeline in Utility Tunnel
【摘要】 对比分析天然气管道分别采用综合管廊敷设及直埋敷设的运行维护成本、泄漏后的风险、管道安全性和占用空间。以DN 500 mm天然气管道为例,天然气管道综合管廊敷设运行维护成本是直埋敷设的6.73倍;综合管廊敷设泄漏后爆炸风险加剧;综合管廊敷设分别按温差为±20℃、±30℃、±40℃计算补偿量时,设置补偿器部分的燃气舱断面尺寸分别是直埋敷设的14.77倍、15.83倍和16.88倍。天然气管道不宜全面推广综合管廊敷设,宜在一些特殊地段采用。
【Abstract】 The operation and maintenance costs,the risk after the leakage,the pipeline safety and the occupied space of the natural gas pipelines installed in utility tunnel and directly buried respectively are compared and analyzed. Take the DN500 natural gas pipeline for example,the operation and maintenance costs of natural gas pipeline installed in urban utility tunnel are about 6. 73 times that of directly buried installation. The explosion risk after the leakage is intensified when installing in utility tunnel. When the compensation for installation in utility tunnel is calculated according to the temperature difference of ± 20℃, ± 30 ℃ and ± 40 ℃,the cross-section size of the gas compartment where the compensator is installed is14. 77 times,15. 83 times and 16. 88 times that of directly buried installation. Natural gas pipeline should be installed in some special district,but not be popularized in the utility tunnel everywhere.
