基于TCGA数据库研究FKBP10在肾癌中的表达及与患者预后的相关性

【摘要】 目的探讨FKBP10在肾癌中的表达及与患者预后的关系。方法运用人类蛋白质表达图谱(The Human Protein Atlas,HPA)数据库发现与肾癌预后不良相关的基因FKBP10在肾癌中表达较高,运用Ualcan数据库和HPA分析FKBP10在肾癌组织中mRNA和蛋白质水平的变化,运用GEPIA数据库对FKBP10在肾癌表达情况及其与肾癌患者预后的相关性进行分析。结果 FKBP10在肾癌中的表达明显升高(P <0. 001)且与肾癌的不良预后相关,其表达与肾癌的病理细胞核分级以及临床分期相关(P <0. 001),而与患者性别无关。生存分析结果发现,FKBP10高表达组在无疾病进展生存期和总生存率较低表达组生存较差(P <0. 001)。结论通过数据库信息研究发现,FKBP10在肾癌组织中呈高表达,且其表达水平与肾患者的预后相关,将为后续的肾癌研究提供重要的理论依据。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of FKBP10 in renal cell carcinoma( RCC) and its relationship with the prognosis. Methods Using the Human Protein Atlas( HPA) database,the gene FKBP10 associated with poor prognosis of renal cell carcinoma was found to be highly expressed in renal cell carcinoma. Ualcan database and HPA were used to analyze the changes of mRNA and protein levels of FKBP10 in renal cell carcinoma. The correlations between FKBP10 expression and prognosis on RCC were analyzed by GEPIA. Results The expression of FKBP10 in renal cell carcinoma was significantly increased( P < 0. 001) as well as correlated with poor prognosis. Its expression level was positively correlated with the pathological stage and clinical stage of RCC,while not related to the patient’s gender. Conclusions FKBP10 was increased in RCC and was related to the patient’s survival. It would be an important theoretical support for the further research.
