【摘要】 2017年呼伦贝尔市被国家农业部认定为马铃薯区域性良种繁育基地,这是对呼伦贝尔市多年来马铃薯种植业成绩的肯定,同时也为呼伦贝尔市马铃薯产业带来新的发展机遇。呼伦贝尔市马铃薯产业区位优势明显、科研基础较好、种薯生产和加工能力较强,目前限制产业发展的主要因素是科研投入不足、种薯生产缺乏监管、贮藏设施和品牌建设有待加强。针对呼伦贝尔市马铃薯产业存在的现实问题,提出加大科研经费投入,大力扶持马铃薯加工企业发展,加快马铃薯大数据网络信息平台建设,加强马铃薯仓贮物流中心建设等建议,以期促进呼伦贝尔市马铃薯产业的健康发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 In 2017, Hulunbuir City was recognized as a regional seed potato production base by the Ministry of Agriculture. This is a recognition of the achievements of potato cultivation in Hulunbuir City over the years. It also brings new opportunities for the development of potato industry in Hulunbuir City. Hulunbuir potato industry has obvious location advantages, good scientific research foundation, strong seed potato production and processing capacity. At present, the main factors restricting industrial development are insufficient investment in scientific research, lacking of supervision on seed potato production, and storage facilities and brand building needed to be strengthened. In view of the practical problems existing in the potato industry in Hulunbuir City, some suggestions were put forward, such as increasing investment in scientific research, vigorously supporting the development of potato processing enterprises, speeding up the construction of large data network information platform for potatoes, and strengthening the construction of potato warehouse logistics center in order to promote the healthy development of the potato industry in Hulunbuir City.更多还原
