【摘要】 ‘晋薯27号’是以‘03-11-38’为母本,‘03-12-7’为父本,通过有性杂交获得实生籽,经过系统定向选育而成。2015年12月经山西省农作物品种审定委员会审定。2013~2014年在山西省2年区域试验平均产量2 209 kg/667m~2,较对照‘晋薯16号’增产17.1%,2015年山西省生产试验平均产量2 066 kg/667m~2,较对照‘晋薯16号’增产15.8%。该品种为晚熟品种,生育期120 d左右。薯形长圆形,黄皮淡黄肉,芽眼深浅中等,商品薯重率86.12%。块茎干物质含量22.7%,淀粉含量14.9%,维生素C含量16.4 mg/100g FW,粗蛋白含量2.72%,还原糖含量0.35%。抗马铃薯晚疫病,对花叶病毒和卷叶病毒抗性较强。适宜在山西北部,内蒙古,河北、陕西北部,东北等北方一季作区种植。更多还原

【Abstract】 The new potato variety,’Jinshu 27’,was derived from a cross of ’03-11-38’(female) × ’03-12-7’(male)evaluated and screened at each of the later generation.It was approved for registration by Shanxi Crop Varieties Examination and Approval Committee in December 2015.The average yield in the two-year regional trial of 2013-2014 in Shanxi Province was 2 209 kg/667 m~2,increased by 17.1% compared with the control variety ’Jinshu 16’,and average yield in production trial of 2015 of Shanxi Province was 2 066 kg/667 m~2,increased by 15.8% compared with the control variety’Jinshu 16’.The growth duration of ’Jinshu 27’ is about 120 d,a late maturity potato variety with oval tuber shape,yellow skin and light yellow flesh,medium eye depth and marketable tuber weight percentage above 86.12%.The tuber dry matter content is 22.7%,starch content 14.9%,vitamin C 16.4 mg/100 g FW,crude protein content 2.72% and reducing sugar content 0.35%.It is resistant to late blight and has strong resistance to mosaic virus and leaf roll virus.It is suitable for planting in one cropping zone,such as northern Shanxi,Inner Mongolia,Hebei,northern Shaanxi and northeast China.更多还原
