【摘要】 为了解决巷道掘进中生产工序推动不合理、生产工序环节不合理、生产工序时间有缺口、生产管理不到位等问题,以孙村煤矿31119炮掘工作面为研究对象,对掘进的作业工序以及工人的劳动组织状况等进行具体的写实、分析以及改进优化,最终有效解决了交接班、割煤、临时支护、永久支护、延伸带式输送机、清理工作面等存在的问题。结果表明:实施煤炭企业的内部优化是煤炭减成本增效率的有效途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to deal with the unreasonable links of production process,time gap of production process,lack of production management, in this paper, we surveyed the whole aspects of operation procedure of excavation and the concrete situation of labor organization,based on the specific coal field investigation in Suncun Coal Mine 31119 driving face as the research object. Finally,we solved the problems in shifting of duty,coal cutting,temporary support and permanent support etc.,the results show that: implementation of the internal optimization of coal enterprises is an effective way to reduce the cost and improve the efficiency of coal production.更多还原
