综采工作面端头悬顶水力致裂试验研究

【摘要】 为了解决禾草沟煤矿综采工作面端头三角区悬顶突然垮落将采空区中的瓦斯挤出造成上隅角瓦斯超限的问题,采用顶板水力致裂方法对50115回风巷开展了试验研究,现场共进行连续50 m的水力致裂试验,水力致裂区间工作面顶板共发生4次周期来压,通过对端头顶板垮落情况进行全程观测,试验段端头顶板垮落及时充分,端头悬顶突然垮落导致挤出积聚瓦斯的问题得到了有效解决。

【Abstract】 In order to solve the problem of gas transfinite at upper corner,which gas in goaf was extrusion by hanging arch at trigonum of fully mechanized coal mining face collapsed suddenly of Hecaogou coal mine,and then roof water fracturing method was applied at50115 ventilation roadway,the experiment was applied in filed,which length was about 50 m,about four times periodical pressure appeared at working face roof within water fracturing section,according the whole observation of face end collapse,and the face end roof collapse timely and fully at testing section,and gas transfinite problem was solved successfully.
