7 m锥形滚筒提升机制动系统技术改造研究
Research on Technical Innovation of Braking System of 7 m Conical Drum Hoist
【摘要】 通过对7 m锥形滚筒提升机原制动系统进行分析与核算,发现其制动性能不能满足安全生产要求,必须进行改造。经过分析和研究,确定采用块式液压弹簧闸方案,充分利用原有制动系统构件,具有结构简化、造型美观、制动性能可靠等优点,有效地缩短改造时间,产生了较好的经济效益和安全效益。
【Abstract】 Brake system is an important part of coal mine hoist,through the original braking system of the 7 m conical drum hoist are analysed and accounted.Its braking performance can not meet the requirements of safe production and must be reformed.After analysis and research,the block hydraulic spring brake scheme is adopted,determined,and the original braking system components are fully utilized.It have the advantages of simplified structure,beautiful shape,reliable braking performance,etc.,the transformation time is effectively shortened,better economic benefits and safety benefits are produced.
