新型风筒保护装置在苏家沟煤矿的实践与应用
Practice and Application of New Air Duct Protection Device at Sujiagou Coal Mine
【摘要】 针对掘进工作面受到褶皱、褶曲等地质构造的影响导致掘进的巷道在纵剖面上发生一定程度的弯曲,在带式输送机起动拉紧的瞬间引发输送带上跳,从而打坏安设在其上部的风筒的实际情况,研制出一种新型风筒保护装置,并阐述了新型风筒保护装置的工作原理和使用注意事项,在苏家沟煤矿031604运输顺槽北翼掘进工作面进行了试验应用,取得了良好的使用效果,提高了走架推溜效率,保障了工作面的安全、高效生产。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the effect of geological structures such as folds and folds on the excavation work face, the roadway in the excavation has a certain degree of bending on the longitudinal section. At the moment when the belt conveyor starts to tighten, it will trigger the belt jump to break the actual situation of the air tube installed on the upper part of the belt. A new type of air tube protection device is developed, and the working principle and application of the new air tube protection device are elaborated. Points for attention. In the Sujiagou coal mine 031604 transportation along the north wing of the excavation work face was tested and applied, received a good effect of use, improved the efficiency of walking frame sliding, and guaranteed the safety and efficient production of the work face.
