气体管道波纹型阻火器多孔隙阻力研究
Study on Porous Resistance of Corrugated Type Flame Arrester of Gas Pipeline
【摘要】 根据阻火器波纹板的结构形式,在微孔结构的质量流率计算公式的基础上,综合考虑孔隙率、微孔系数、叠加影响系数及气体膨胀系数等多种因素对波纹板阻力降的影响,提出了一种基于多影响因素的多孔隙阻力计算方法。通过实例计算与阻力降试验,对比分析其结果,结果表明:基于多影响因素的多孔隙阻力计算方法对低速(表盘流速不大于15 m/s)工况下的波纹板阻力降计算具有较高的准确性,为波纹型阻火器的设计提供了参考。
【Abstract】 Giving a computational method for porous resistance based on various influencing factors.The computational method was brought about based on the structure of flame arrester corrugated plate and the mass flow rate computational formula of the cellular structure, combing the various influence on the resistance drop of corrugated plate caused by porosity, micropore coefficient, superposition effect coefficient and gas expansion coefficient and etc. Through example calculation and resistance drop test,after comparing and analyzing the result, it shows the computational method has higher correctness on the calculation of low speed(dial flow speed no faster than 15 m/s) corrugated plate resistance drop,and it also provides reference to the design calculation of corrugated anti fire product.
