数控机床进给伺服系统爬行过程建模与仿真
Modeling and Simulation of Feed Servo System Crawling Process in CNC Machine
【摘要】 数控机床进给伺服系统在低速度运行时,易产生爬行现象,严重影响数控机床的加工精度。通过分析进给伺服系统的爬行机理,并且建立起进给伺服系统爬行过程的数学模型,应用MATLAB/SIMULINK建立其仿真模型。通过变系统参数进行进给伺服系统爬行过程仿真,得到不同结构参数对爬行过程的影响,为减少或消除数控机床进给伺服系统爬行现象提供参考建议。
【Abstract】 Crawling is easy to occur when the feed servo system of NC machine is working at low speed,it affects the machining accuracy of machine tool seriously. Through analyzing crawling mechanism of feed servo system, the mathematical model of crawling process is built,also the simulated model is constructed by using Matlab/Simulink. Crawling processes are simulated by changing system’s parameters, some proposals are provided to reduce or eliminate the crawling of feed servo system.
