【摘要】 煤炭企业应急能力管理是煤矿安全管理的重要内容,构建煤炭企业应急能力评估模型并有效应用,对于煤炭企业减少生产事故的发生和降低生产事故造成的损失具有重要意义。为了提高煤炭企业应急能力,以现有文献为基础,归纳得到了由4个一级指标和22个二级指标组成的煤炭企业应急能力评估指标体系,进而结合ANP和三角模糊法,构建了新的基于改进ANP的煤炭企业应急能力评估模型,并以某煤炭企业为例进行实证评估,验证了该模型的科学性与有效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The emergency capability management of coal enterprises is the most important content of coal mine safety management.Constructing assessment model of emergency capability and applying it effectively is significant for coal enterprises to decrease coal production accidents and reduce the loss of production accidents. In order to improve the emergency capabilities in coal enterprise, the paper summarizes the assessment index system of emergency capability of safe production in coal enterprise based on the existing literature, consisting of four first class indices and twenty-two secondary indices. Moreover, the paper builds a new assessment model of emergency capability in coal enterprises based on ANP and triangular fuzzy number. Finally, the paper takes an example of a coal enterprise and uses the model to assess the emergency capability, and the effectiveness of the model is verified by the application.更多还原
