【Abstract】 With the development of intelligent manufacturing technology, ManufacturingExecution System(MES)is becoming more and more widely used. As the support of MES, dataacquisition is the cornerstone of MES. This paper reviews the required data of MES and discussthe common methods of data acquisition in industrial field and CNC equipment.
