免充气蜂巢结构轮胎成型工艺和模具设计
Tire forming technology and mould design for inflatable honeycomb structure
【摘要】 基于免充气蜂巢结构轮胎目前发展动态与应用前景,设计了一种适用于蜂巢结构的轮胎成型模具。通过分析轮胎自身特殊构造对产品使用寿命的影响,并结合其成型工艺的难易及复杂程度,在保证轮胎质量要求和使用性能的前提下,运用SolidWorks软件技术创建出蜂巢结构轮胎的成型模具模型,包括模具的主体结构与脱模装置及其成型工艺流程,以降低模具制造难度、加工生产成本并达到简化生产过程的目的。
【Abstract】 A tire mould for the honeycomb structure was designed based on the current development and application prospects of the honeycomb structure-free tire.By analyzing the influence of the special tire structure on the product service life and considering the difficulty and complexity of the forming process,a model of a honeycomb structure tire including the main mould structure,stripping device and moulding process was created by using SolidWorks software under the premise of ensuring the tire quality requirements and the serviceability to reduce the difficulty of mould manufacturing,production costs and simplify the production process.
