【摘要】 探讨新疆纺织服装产业发展中存在的问题和解决思路。从新疆纺织服装产业布局特点、企业数量、固定资产投资和贸易出口额等方面入手,定量分析了2014年至2016年新疆纺织服装产业发展形势,在基于实地调研的基础上,提出新疆纺织服装企业普遍存在的问题。认为:当前新疆特殊的纺织服装产业发展政策已取得了丰硕成果,但其可持续发展还有赖于人才培养、技术创新投入、品牌建设、检测体系完善、电子商务渠道建设等综合措施的实施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Problems in the development of Xinjiang textile and garment industries and their solutions were discussed.From the aspect of Xinjiang textile and garment industry’s layout characteristics,number of enterprises,investment in fixed assets and trade export volume,the development situation of Xinjiang textile and garment industry from 2014 to 2016 was quantificationally analyzed.Based on field research,prevalent problems exitting in Xinjiang textile and garment enterprises were pointed out.It is considered that the current development policy of Xinjiang’s special textile and apparel industry has achieved better results,but its sustainable development depends on the implementation of comprehensive measures such as personnel training,investment in technological innovation,brand building,well-established testing systems and e-commerce channel construction.更多还原
