机械活化石灰石粉处理钛白废酸制备水泥用石膏
Preparation of Gypsum for Cement from Titanium White Waste Acid Treated by Mechanical Activation Lime Powder
【摘要】 以钛白粉厂提供的钛白废酸和石灰石粉为原料,引入机械活化法,中和处理钛白废酸,制取水泥用石膏。考察了在机械活化与常规搅拌两种方法下处理钛白废酸时工艺参数对所制得石膏二水硫酸钙含量的影响。结果表明,机械活化法制得石膏的二水硫酸钙含量明显高于常规搅拌法,且符合水泥用石膏要求。较适宜的机械活化工艺条件为:液固比2.4、反应时间10min、陈化时间2h、石灰石粉粒度0.2mm,在此条件下所得石膏二水硫酸钙含量可达83.6%。
【Abstract】 Gypsum for cement was prepared by mechanical activation method with titanium white waste acid and lime powder as raw materials.Effects of parameters of mechanical activation and conventional stirring methods on content of calcium sulfate dihydrate in gypsum were investigated.The results show that content of calcium sulfate dihydrate in gypsum prepared by mechanical activation method meets the requirements of cement gypsum standard and is obviously higher than that by conventional stirring method.Content of calcium sulfate dihydrate in gypsum is 83.6% under the optimum mechanical activation parameters including ratio of liquid to solid of 2.4,reaction time of 10 min,aging time of 2 h,and size of lime particle of 0.2 mm.
