自平衡式电动车立体停车装置设计
Design of Parking Device for Self-balancing and Three-dimensional Electric Vehicle
【摘要】 设计一款电动车立体停车装置,以解决城市小区中电动车停车难问题.装置拥有多层停车平台,利用旋转方式存取,其内部的平行四杆机构设计使运行过程中停车板始终保持水平状态;伺服控制程序实现了最快调取和准确停位;人体红外传感器的安装提高了装置的安全性;停车板上导向槽和移动锁的设计加大了存取方便性.
【Abstract】 An three-dimensional parking device for electric vehicle is designed to solve the difficulty of parking in urban community.The device has multi-layer parking platforms which are accessed by the rotating method.A parallel four-bar mechanism is used to keep the parking plate in a horizontal state during operation.The servo control program achieves automatically the fastest extraction and accurate parking;the applying of a infrared body sensor improves the security;the guide slots and mobile locks on the parking plates make parking expediently.
