基于Entropy-TOPSIS法的核心期刊综合评价研究

【摘要】 为丰富学术期刊影响力综合评价方法,增强期刊学术评价的可信度,本文利用中国科技期刊2014年引证报告(扩刊版)整理的9个计量指标数据为素材,采用Entropy-TOPSIS评价法对CSSCI(2014-2015)来源期刊目录收集的图书馆、情报与文献学期刊进行综合评价。实证研究表明EntropyTOPSIS评价法与扩展总被引频次排序基本一致,Entropy-TOPSIS法在期刊评价中比单指标评价法更具严谨性和较强可操作性,为期刊评价提供了新思路。

【Abstract】 In order to enrich the method of comprehensive evaluation of academic journal influence and enhance the credibility of its academic evaluation. The method of Entropy-TOPSIS is used to evaluate library, intelligence and philology journals based on nine indices of Chinese journal citation report 2014, which were selected by CSSCI(2014-2015).The results show that the ranking position is greatly agreement between the method of the Entropy-TOPSIS and the total citation rates, it is more rigorous than that based on single index evaluation. The method of Entropy-TOPSIS model provides new way on journals evaluation for it is scientific and operable.
