常规二维超声联合超声弹性成像技术在早期乳癌中的诊断价值

【摘要】 目的探讨常规二维超声联合超声弹性成像技术在乳腺肿块良恶性鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法选择100例接受诊治的乳腺肿物患者,采用常规二维超声、超声弹性成像技术及二者联合进行肿块良恶性的鉴别,并与病理结果进行对照。结果 100例乳腺肿物,经手术或穿刺获得病理结果显示,59例为恶性结节,占59.0%;41例为良性结节,占41.0%。常规二维超声联合超声弹性成像技术诊断的敏感性、准确性、特异性、阳性预测值及阴性预测值分别为97.6%、96.6%、97.0%、95.2%、98.3%,显著高于超声及超声弹性成像技术检查,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论普通超声定位进行初筛,超声弹性成像技术可反应组织的硬度,有利于微小病灶的发现,两者联合的多模态影像技术有利于提高乳腺癌的早期诊断率。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of conventional two-dimensional ultrasound combined with ultrasound elastography in early breast cancer. Methods 100 cases of breast tumors were selected and checked with conventional two-dimensional ultrasound and ultrasound elastography to identify benign and malignant tumors,and the results compared with pathological results. Results The pathological results of 100 cases of breast masses obtained by surgery or puncture showed that 59 cases were malignant nodules,accounted for? 59. 0%; 41 cases were benign nodules,accounted for 41. 0%. The sensitivity,accuracy,specificity,positive predictive value,and negative predictive value of conventional two-dimensional ultrasound combined with ultrasound elastography were 97. 6%,96. 6%,97. 0%,95. 2%,98. 3%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those of conventional two-dimensional ultrasound or ultrasound elastography ultrasonography( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Ordinary ultrasound positioning is used for primary screening. Ultrasound elastography can reflect the hardness of the tissue and is beneficial to the discovery of tiny lesions. They are complementary and reflect the nature of the lesion from different aspects,which is beneficial to improving the early diagnosis rate of breast cancer.
