人造板及其制品中甲醛释放量的定量方法探讨

【摘要】 采用乙酰丙酮分光光度法和酚试剂法,对比分析人造板中甲醛释放量的定量方法。结果表明:在采样体积为120 L时,乙酰丙酮法的检出限为0.007 mg/m~3,用于测试甲醛释放量低于0.04 mg/m~3的产品时误差相对较大,需适当增加采气流量或采样时间来提高检测精度;酚试剂法的检出限为0.0008 mg/m~3,较适合低于GB 18580-2017 E1级(<0.124 mg/m~3)人造板及其制品的检测,且灵敏度高,采样时间缩短。

【Abstract】 Both acetylacetone method and 3-methyl-2-benzothiazone hydrochloride(MBTH) method were used to quantitatively analyze formaldehyde emissions from wood-based panel products. The results showed that with 120 L of sampling volume, method detection limit(MDL) of acetylacetone was 0.007 mg/m~3, which was relatively high for detecting low level(≤0.04 mg/m~3) formaldehyde emissions. The results also showed that MDL of MBTH method was 0.0008 mg/m~3 with fast and sensitive reactions, which was suitable for detecting low level(<0.124 mg/m~3) formaldehyde emissions according to GB 18580-2017.
