【摘要】 目的:了解梅毒归口管治门诊患者的随访依从性及影响因素。方法:收集梅毒归口管治门诊267例梅毒患者的临床资料,分析人口学特征、诊断、治疗、随访、性伴检测等信息,对随访满2年的267例患者的随访情况采用多层次Logistic回归模型进行分析。结果:梅毒患者治疗后3、6、9、12、18和24个月的随访率分别为77.90%、65.54%、55.43%、59.93%、42.32%和38.20%,随着时间的推移依从性呈下降趋势(t=-11.84,P<0.0001);多层次Logistic回归模型结果显示,文化程度越高的患者随访依从性越好,固定性伴梅毒阳性的患者依从性比固定性伴阴性者好。结论:梅毒患者文化程度和固定性伴梅毒血清学状况与随访依从性相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the follow-up compliance of 267 patients with syphilis and the potential influence factors in convergence case-managed clinics. Methods: The data of 267 syphilis patients was analyzed retrospectively,including demographic characteristics,diagnosis,treatment,follow-up,and syphilis serological detection of sexual partner. The compliance of 267 patients followed up for two years was analyzed by multivariate logistic regression model. Results: The follow-up rates at 3,6,9,12,18,24 months after treatment were 77.90%,65.54%,55.43%,59.93%,42.23% and 36.93%,respectively,showing a gradual decreasing trend( P<0.0001). multivariate logistic regression analysis demonstrated that the higher degree of education of the patients,the better compliance was,and the compliance of the patients whose partners were serological positivity for syphilis was better than those whose partners were serological negativity for syphilis.Conclusion: The influence factors of follow-up compliance of syphilis patients include educational level and the serological positivity of their sexual partners.更多还原
