蚯蚓粪生物反应器去除H2S气体试验研究
Removal of Hydrogen Sulfide by a Bioreactor Packed with Vermicompost
【摘要】 为探究蚯蚓粪能有效处理硫化氢气体,以污泥基蚯蚓粪为填料,采用卧式生物反应器去除H2S气体,考察蚯蚓粪对H2S的去除效果,研究气体停留时间和容积负荷对H2S去除率的影响及生物降解宏观动力学.结果表明:蚯蚓粪为载体卧式生物反应器在启动运行6 d后,H2S去除率可接近100%.当气体停留时间76~106 s,进气浓度100~500 mg/m3,H2S容积负荷高达400. 6 g/(m3·d)时,H2S去除效率稳定在90%以上;蚯蚓粪吸附降解H2S的最大表观去除速率(Vm)和表观半饱和常数(Ks)分别为1 428. 6 g/(m3·d)、417. 1 mg/m3.通过分析可知,卧式蚯蚓粪生物反应器能高效处理H2S气体,且具有较强的抗负荷冲击能力.
【Abstract】 This paper aims to explore the feasibility of removing hydrogen sulfide( H2S) contaminated air by using the vermicompost. A type of horizontal bioreactor packed with vermicompost derived from sludge was used in the removal of hydrogen sulfide. The effects of retention time and different volumetric loading on H2S removal efficiency and macroscopic kinetics of biodegradation were studied. The results show that H2S removal efficiency is close to 100% after 6 days by the operation of horizontal bioreactor. When the gas retention time is between 76 seconds to 106 seconds and the H2S inlet concentration is between 100 and 500 mg/m3,the H2S inlet loading can reach 400. 60 g/( m3·d),while the removal efficiency stabilizes over 90%. Furthermore,through kinetic analysis of biodegradation,the maximum removal rate and saturation constant of H2S will be Vm= 1 428. 57 g/( m-3·d) and Ks= 417. 14 mg/m3. respectively.This study suggests that the horizontal bioreactor packed with vermicompost has an excellent performance on purifying the hydrogen sulfide contaminated air and on resisting high shock loading within this process.
