化学沉淀法处理高氟废水的工艺条件优化

【摘要】 为得到化学沉淀法的最佳除氟效果,先通过单因素试验分析了漂白粉投加量、pH值、静置时间、振荡速度以及振荡时间等因素对除氟效果的影响,再基于正交试验优化工艺条件.研究表明:漂白粉投加量、pH值、静置时间、振荡速度以及振荡时间对除氟效果影响较大;化学沉淀法除氟的最佳工艺条件为:漂白粉投加量110.0 g/L、pH值10.0、静置时间120 min、振荡速度170 r/min、振荡时间90 min,经此工艺条件处理后的废水其氟离子残余浓度仅0.958 1 mg/L,满足中国生活饮用水F-浓度小于1.0 mg/L的限值要求.

【Abstract】 In order to obtain the best defluorination effect of the chemical precipitation method,the removal effects of different factors on fluorine,including the amount of bleaching powder,the pH value,the static time,the oscillation speed and the oscillation time were investigated through single factor experiments,and the technological conditions were optimized based on the orthogonal experiment.Results show that the aforementioned factors have significant influence on the fluoride removal. The optimal conditions of the chemical precipitation method on defluorination are as follows: the dosage of bleaching powder is 110.0 g/L;the pH value is 10.0; the static time is 120 min; the oscillation speed is 170 r/min and the oscillation time is 90 min.The fluoride concentration in the treated wastewater is 0.958 1 mg/L under the optimal conditions,which meets the requirement that the concentration of F-shall be less than 1.0 mg/L in the drinking water in China.
