【摘要】 目的探讨改良早期预警评分(S.T.O.N.E)在肾结石患者中的应用效果及对心理波动的影响。方法选取238例肾结石患者,患者均应用经皮肾镜取石术(PCNL)治疗,同时进行S.T.O.N.E评分,分析S.T.O.N.E同患者临床资料之间的联系及对心理波动的影响。结果结石残留组患者的S.T.O.N.E评分、手术时间以及术中出血量均显著高于结石清除组患者(t=12.143、11.306、12.319,均P<0.05);用logistic分析显示,S.T.O.N.E评分、最大截面积以及梗阻程度同结石清除存在显著相关性(χ~2=4.891、6.015、5.483,均P<0.05);结石残留组患者的S.T.O.N.E评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分以及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均显著高于结石清除组(t=11.438、13.056、13.881,均P<0.05)。结论 S.T.O.N.E评分同患者的结石清除效果、手术时间以及术中出血量等存在显著相关性,同时能够预测患者心理波动。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of modified early warning score( S. T. O. N. E) on patients with nephrolithiasis and its influence on psychological fluctuation. Methods Two hundred and thirty-eight patients with nephrolithiasis were enrolled and treated with percutaneous nephrolithotomy( PCNL) and all patients were scored by STONE. The correlation between STONE and clinical data was analyzed. Results The STONE score,operation time and blood loss of patients with stone residual were significantly higher than those in patients without stone residual( t =12. 143,11. 306,12. 319,P < 0. 05).
