【摘要】 土壤作为地球的"皮肤",是生态环境的重要组成部分,为经济和社会的可持续发展奠定重要的物质基础。土壤是否健康直接关系到土壤上生长的农作物是否安全,也关系到每一位国民的身体健康和生命安全。农产品安全与土壤污染防治密切相关,从农产品安全的角度探讨土壤污染防治的法律规制具有十分重要的理论意义和实践价值。构建与完善我国土壤污染防治的法律制度,应当与农产品安全法律规定相衔接,使土壤污染防治从立法到实施再到监督形成完整的制度体系并真正落到实处。更多还原

【Abstract】 Soil,as"skin"of the earth,is an essential part of the ecological environment,which laid a physical foundation for the sustainable development of the society and economy.Soil safety directly determines the health of the crops which grow from it;furthermore,it relates to the health and life of every citizen in our nation.Agricultural products safety are deeply connected with soil pollution and treatment.Therefore,the research about regulations of soil pollution legislation is necessary both theoretically and practically.To build and improve the legal regulation of China soil pollution prevention and treatment,we need to connect it with legislation of agricultural products safety;eventually,to build a complete legal system from legislation,application to supervision,and put the laws into practice.更多还原
