【摘要】 目的探讨肿瘤专科临床药师如何为患者实施药学监护。方法以1例65岁男性胃癌复发患者为例,临床药师在治疗过程中主动参与临床,协助医生制定化疗方案,综合分析本次及既往化疗方案,结合辅助用药情况,查找不良反应原因,为临床提出合理性解决建议,对患者治疗进行跟踪监测并提供用药教育。结果患者化疗过程顺利完成,用药安全得到有效保障。结论在新医改背景下,临床药师可以在治疗团队中发挥更大的作用,使药物治疗更趋合理,提高临床药物治疗水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore how to carry out pharmaceutical care for patients by clinical pharmacists in oncology department. Methods Clinical pharmacists participated in the clinical treatment for a patient with recurrent gastric cancer,assisted clinicians in making chemotherapy regimen,analyzed current and previous chemotherapy and adjuvant drugs,assessed the causes of adverse drug reactions,gave reasonable suggestions for clinicians,and provided follow-up and medication education for the patient. Results The chemotherapy of the patients completed successfully,and the drug safety was ensured. Conclusion Clinical pharmacist can play a greater role in treatment team,improving the rationality and therapeutic level of medication.更多还原
